Russ Villa
Director of Marketing & SalesRuss has been apart of "Team Neville" (as he calls it) since February 2011. Since working here, he has found ways that he can "make a real impact while maintaining a work life balance." Russ has gotten the work life balance down and is able to participate in speed boat racing and pole vaulting!

Kevin O'Hara
Rochester SalesKevin has been apart of Neville for 12 years. He primarily spends his time in the Rochester area, which he finds that "every day is filled with new opportunities and challenges so there are no boring days!" When he is not looking for a challenge, Kevin likes spending time with his family outdoors and partake in activities such as "hiking, camping, and fishing" or playing a round of golf!

Buffalo SalesJack has been apart of Neville for almost 5 years. He enjoys the family environment, his "awesome coworkers," and not doing the same thing everyday. In his spare time, he likes playing basketball, taking his dog Lilly on walks, and playing video games!

Shelby Dean
Administrative AssistantShelby has been apart of Neville for 3 years, but in her current role for a little over 6 months. You may have met her dog Kaia and seen pictures of her other one Zoey. Shelby enjoys working at Neville because she gets to bring her dogs to work and advance her skills! In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and riding four-wheelers!

ProcurementJeff has been at Neville for a little over 12 years. While working here, he has been the "go to" guy. Jeff has been able to support small businesses throughout his time here. He enjoys working at Neville because every day is filled with something new. In his spare time, he rides four wheelers, and loves seeing his grand-dogs Zoey and Kaia!
